I had never dealt with severance before and wasn’t sure what to expect, but working with Chase made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I always felt informed and never had to chase down updates, Chase kept me in the loop every step of the way.
Thanks to his expertise and negotiation skills, I ended up with a significantly higher severance than what was initially offered. I’m so grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone navigating an employment transition.
