Michelle is a steadfast advocate, recognized for her relentless pursuit of justice and deep commitment to serving the best interests of her clients.
Michelle obtained her undergraduate degree at York University where she majored in Psychology. Following this, Michelle obtained her LL.B. from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom, graduating with First Class Honours. While at law school, she competed in various advocacy competitions and won the 2022 Best Negotiator award. Michelle also volunteered with a pro bono clinic where she provided advice to clients from underprivileged communities on a variety of legal matters including civil disputes.
Prior to joining Marshall Law, Michelle completed her articles at a boutique employment and labour law firm in Toronto, where she further developed her legal acumen and gained valuable experience in employment and human rights litigation.
Michelle’s strong dedication to social justice and human rights greatly enhances her contributions at Marshall Law. She excels at building meaningful relationships with clients, listening attentively to their concerns, and tackling their legal challenges with both compassion and determination, earning herself a reputation as a reliable and passionate advocate.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys binge watching reality TV, travelling, and connecting with family and friends.
